WHAT’S THE OPPORTUNITY?

As Director of Product Marketing. you will own the go-to-market (GTM) growth strategy and execution for Zenoti’s product offerings. You will create compelling value propositions, product positioning and messaging to our global customer base. You will work closely with key executives in Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Support teams to roll out new product offerings by creating high impact campaigns. This role will report directly to the VP of Marketing.

Requirements

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Collaborate with company executives, product management, sales, support, and marketing teams on GTM priorities, strategy, and execution
  • Partner with key stakeholders to properly position and message the Zenoti value proposition, holistically as well as with each new product capability.
  • You will both manage product marketing writers as well as create product marketing content while prioritizing work to drive customer acquisition.
  • Partner with the Customer Success team to drive adoption and success creating supporting materials and campaigns
  • Participate in the overall GTM activities around product releases and launches.
  • Use data to assess the market viability of new product offerings and features.

  • WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

  • 6-10 years of enterprise software experience in product marketing and go-to-market planning
  • Demonstrated track record of creating compelling content and breakthrough programs
  • Creating compelling value propositions, positioning and messaging
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering results in high growth, innovative and fast paced environments
  • Process driven approach and ability to drive internal alignment strategies
  • Strong executive presence and customer facing skills as well as the ability to manage a small team of writers and overall product marketing function
  • Experience marketing and selling to CIO, VP of IT, and CFO of IT experience a plus
  • Enterprise SaaS application product marketing experience preferred
  • Equally comfortable with strategic thinking and detailed, creative execution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams
