What's the opportunity?

Zenoti’s customers need Analytics reports to understand their business and improve the performance along financial performance, customer service, employee engagement. As an Analytics Product Manager you will be responsible for identifying the most impactful reports for our customers, from novice to expert, and delivering the best possible Business Intelligence experience. You will work with the UX team to design the experience, the engineering team to build the analytics views, and the marketing team to showcase the power of Zenoti analytics.


What will I be doing?

You will talk to Customers to understand their needs, analyze the competitive landscape, monitor and understand industry innovations. You will use this knowledge to Create, manage and maintain the product road map. You will write product requirements and functional specifications including use case scenario. You will work with engineering to release new features into production every month and get real feedback from thousands of customers to refine your designs and ensure adoption of product capabilities.
